Customer must notify National Robe Corporation within 7 business days of delivery of any issues with garments purchased.
If garments do not fit and are manufactured from measurements provided by the customer, National Robe will make necessary alterations, however a fee may be charged at the customer’s
expense. If a fee is charged the customer will be notified prior to alterations being done.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All returns must receive return authorization from National Robe Corporation. Any merchandise returned without the approved return authorization will not be accepted.
